Managing Partner
Keren Flores
Keren is a Managing Partner of Taba Property Management. She is also a Managing Partner of Domum Acquisitions & Management, which focuses on multi- family asset acquisitions, and GoStay Inn which is focused on the operation of short-term rentals in the Rio Grande Valley.

In the past 2 years, Keren has built her own portfolio of long-term and short-term rental units. Keren has over 3 years of experience as a business strategy consultant helping business clients increase operational efficiency and developing growth strategies.
Managing Partner
Javier Mejia
Javier is a Managing Partner of Taba Property Management. He is also a Managing Partner of Standard Iron Construction, a construction company primarily focused on construction and renovation of multi-family property. In the past three years, Javier and Jose have also built a mid-size portfolio of long-term rental properties that generate passive income on a monthly basis.
Javier has over 6 years of experience working as a teacher for the IDEA public school system here in the valley and is deeply connected to the community that he serves through his real estate career.

He is also a Managing Partner of Standard Iron Construction, a construction company primarily focused on construction and renovation of multi-family property. Jose has over 5 years of experience working for government assistance and emergency management programs in their administration and fiscal departments.
